Our Commercial Vehicle Body Building Tape is a double sided white polyethylene foam tape that is suitable for temporary holding and anti-vibration applications, it displays good long term perfomance. Our commercial bonding tape creates a suitable bond that reduces the amount of rivets and screws used in application. It can reduce labour and material costs and is safer to use with a clean application. It resists UV and has excellent temperature resistance. It is a quick and effective bonding product.
This double sided foam tape is ideal for roof sticks and top hat sections, it has a high tack acrylic adhesive suitable for cold weather conditions. It has a production aid film liner to allow aluminium roof sheeting to be slid into position before exposing the adhesive. Once you have this foam tape securely in position, the film liner is easily pulled out from between the roof sticks and roofing section to form a strong and secure bond. The PE Foam core acts as an insulator to stop electrolytic corrosion and it can resist lateral movement even at high temperatures.
