A hand applied non-setting butyl
Glazing Compound made from a blend of butyl rubber and specially selected drying and non-drying vegetable oils. The butyl rubber content ensures the non-setting properties and good durability. Intended for use as the back bedding material part of a bead glazing system for insulating glass units into sealed painted or stained timber frames. This glazing compound can be used as the sole bedding compound for bead glazing of single glass into timber frames, it is also suitable for steel and aluminium frames.
